By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of items.
All prices on our website are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of any applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment through Paystack and Flutterwave. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of confirmed payment apply to that order.
Orders placed through our website are prepared fresh upon receipt. Estimated preparation times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on order volume and demand.
Pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable time of the estimated ready time. We are not responsible for quality deterioration resulting from late collection.
For catering bookings, fulfilment terms will be agreed separately and confirmed in writing prior to the event date.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is a genuine quality issue with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of collection with a description and photo evidence. We will assess each complaint on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before the confirmed preparation start time. Orders cancelled within this window may not be eligible for a refund.
For catering bookings, cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.
